Speed and Strength is a comprehensive sports performance program open to all Central athletes. This summer the speed and strength program will be held in our new weight room and facilities. Provided by Training HAUS powered by TCO. Sports performance training is a platform for athletic achievement. Our strength and conditioning team is committed to building a total athlete and will focus on improving athlete acceleration, speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention. All participants will receive a Raiders Speed and Strength t-shirt.
