Adult Health and Fitness Classes
(Entering Grades 2 - 6)
This course will prepare students to stay safe at home and in the community. Course highlights include: Fun and safe activities to do while at home alone, answering the door or the telephone, basic first aid, storm and fire emergency training, dog emergencies, stranger danger. Students will also create fun, healthy and safe snacks.
