Lefse Making
A Scandinavian tradition that you are sure to enjoy. Join cottage baker Matthew Grausam and learn the art of making lefse the way your grandmother used to do it–an easy recipe made from instant potatoes. You’ll learn the entire process of lefse making from preparation to mixing, rolling, and folding. Then each person will make their own lefse to enjoy at home. Lefse can be frozen to enjoy during the holidays. Registration by November 15, 2024.
