Raider Strength and Speed is a comprehensive sports performance program open to all Central athletes. This summer the strength and speed program will be held in our weight room and other facilities. The Training HAUS strength and conditioning team is committed to developing elite athletes through improving strength, power, speed, agility, jumping and mobility. All participants will receive a Raiders Strength and Speed t-shirt. Registration deadline is May 30, 2025.
