Athlete Strength & Conditioning Program - Fall 2025

Grades 7-12 (2025-26 school year)

Instructor: Madison Genz has experience in strength and conditioning, team training, and athletic development.

Overview: This program is designed to provide athletes with structured strength and conditioning opportunities during the school year. The program offers both morning and evening options to accommodate busy schedules and ensure accessibility for athletes in multiple sports.

  • Personalized Training Programs: Each athlete will receive an individualized lifting program tailored to their sport, position and performance goals.
  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Athletes will receive hands-on coaching and feedback to ensure proper technique, safety and progression.
  • Comprehensive Development: Focus will be placed on strength, speed, agility, injury prevention and overall athletic performance.
  • Flexible Access: Athletes can attend both morning and evening sessions or choose what works best with their schedule.

Schedule

  • Morning Sessions: 3 days per week (before school M-T-Th)
  • Evening Sessions: 2 days per week (after practice hours M-W)

$150 per season (fall, winter, spring)
