Young Rembrandts - Summer Drawing Classes for Kids (PK-4th Grade)

Young Rembrandts is the only after-school art enrichment program that teaches art, using a methodology specifically designed to improve student perception, visualization and organizational skills. At Young Rembrandts we teach children to draw – the fundamental skill of all visual arts – using a sequential, ordered process. As a result, students show dramatic improvement in their drawing abilities, expand their art vocabulary and art history knowledge, demonstrate patience, discipline, focus, and improve their attention to detail and sequencing skills.

1st Session: World of Dinosaurs

Travel back in time and explore the exciting world of dinosaurs through drawing! Imaginative prehistoric adventures make this class perfect for dinosaur lovers with big imaginations!

2nd Session: Dragons, Wizards and Fantasy

Step into a magical world filled with fantasy and imagination! Projects may include colorful dragons, magical creatures, wizards and other enchanted scenes.

Thursday, July 2nd

3rd Session: Creatures and Creeps

Get ready for silly, spooky, and wildly creative fun! Projects may include goofy monsters, mysterious critters, and other creative surprises. This class is playful and imaginative rather than scary.

4th Session: Anime Adventures

Calling all anime fans! Students will practice facial expressions, hairstyles, action poses, line work, and creative character design. Projects may include fantasy-inspired anime art, cute creatures and more imaginative surprises.

All sessions will be held in the Central Elementary School STEAM room.
