Adult Health and Fitness Classes
Stay in touch with old friends and meet some new ones during these free summer gatherings. We’ll get together at a different park to explore, visit, and meet up with friends. We’ll end each session with a short circle time. Join us for one, two, or all of these get togethers. All ages are welcome to attend. Come and play with us!
No charge, but please sign up online to indicate that you will be attending at least one of these sessions. This will allow us to communicate any schedule changes.
