Adult Health and Fitness Classes
(Entering Grades 1 - 6)
Join our Varsity Track and Field Coach and athletes to learn all the aspects of Track and Field including training for events, rules of the sport, and competitive strategies. Athletes will work on distance events, jumping events, throwing events, hurdles, sprints and relays.
Grades 1 - 6: 8:30am - 10:00am (start time has changed from 10am to 8:30am)
